What These Terms Cover

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 399k, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. They apply to all registered users and visitors, regardless of the device or method used to access the site. Together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, they form the complete legal agreement between you and 399k.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing any page of the 399k platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Who May Use This Platform

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Any false information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must not have a pre-existing account that was closed, suspended, or banned by 399k. Only one active account per person is permitted.

Account Registration & Verification

• All account details must belong to the account holder. You may not register on behalf of another person.

• The Platform may suspend accounts pending identity verification or when suspicious activity is detected.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact the 399k support team. Any pending bonuses or promotional balances that have not met their rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

• Time-out period — take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account if you believe you have a problem with gambling. This action is irreversible and prevents re-registration.

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 399k Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, game content, promotional materials, and written copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of 399k or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399k, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

399k does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality but cannot warrant continuous availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond our control.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of 399k is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. 399k uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to safeguard all user information. Changes to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you continue to use the Platform after revised terms are published, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms in full.

Account Termination & Suspension

399k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or suspected involvement in money laundering or match-fixing. Upon termination for cause, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances that cleared KYC requirements prior to the breach may be returned at the Platform's discretion following investigation.
